There is a productivity bonus plan in year one and full productivity plan in year two and beyond./ppCall Schedule:/ppCall is split weekly between existing MD and PA, call rotation would be every 3 weeks by phone only, hospitalist team available to support the practice./ppBenefits:/ppHealth Insurance for physician and family, malpractice insurance, $1,500 per year CME allowance, up to $7,500 in eligible relocation expenses and 20 paid days off plus holidays are covered. When you utilize an FMC provider a lower annual deductible and lower copays for primary physician, specialist physician and urgent care visits as well as a lower employee coinsurance.
