Junior Account Executive - Entry Level

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Junior Account Executive to join our growing team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals who are eager to develop professional skills in account management, client communication, sales support, and business development.

As a Junior Account Executive, you will work closely with experienced team members to build strong client relationships, support business initiatives, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced professional environment. Comprehensive training and mentorship are provided to help you succeed and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Assist with managing and maintaining client relationships
Communicate with customers and clients to understand needs and provide solutions
Support account strategies, presentations, and business initiatives
Help coordinate projects and ensure client satisfaction
Track account activity and provide updates to internal teams
Participate in training sessions to develop communication and leadership skills
Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
Ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Previous experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or hospitality is a plus
