Patient Care Coordinator

Float Patient Care Coordinator Pride Health is hiring a Float Patient Care Coordinator to support our client's medical facility in Worcester, MA 01606. This is a 3+ month contract assignment (Possibility of conversion or extension) and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization! Job Details: Location: Worcester, MA 01606. Job Type: 3+ months (Possibility of extension or conversion). Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am-4:30 pm. Pay Range: $18-19/hr. on W2. *Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials. Specific Duties Check in patients for Laboratory and Radiology appointments. Triage patients to the appropriate department based on their visit. Release Lab and Radiology orders using Epic. Request missing provider orders when necessary. Prepare imaging CDs for patient pickup. Verify patient information and ensure accurate documentation. Communicate effectively with clinical staff. Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality. Follow organizational policies and HIPAA guidelines. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service experience required. Healthcare experience preferred. Experience with Epic EMR is a plus.
