This full-time role (37.5 hours/week) is dedicated to covering a maternity leave from September through November, providing vital support and guidance to young learners at a key stage in their development. Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP; Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates and experienced SLPs welcome
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, though not required for CFY applicants
• Experience in pediatric, school-based, and healthcare SLP settings is highly desirable
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus, but direct, onsite service is required for this role
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to an elementary student caseload
• Conduct assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise and recommendations for student success
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service staff to maximize student progress
• Adapt therapy materials and interventions for diverse learning needs
