Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license in Wisconsin (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Experience working with school-aged children, including those with a variety of communication disorders
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress toward individualized goals
• Document student performance and maintain thorough, timely records compliant with district and legal standards
• Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders on student progress and best practices
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and community outreach activities as needed
