Temporary opportunity for 3 months, some potential to extend!
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Rate: $34-$37/hr DOE Description:- Organize and manage the day to day activities of a department office assuring efficiency of the office operations.
- Coordinate communications among, and relieve administrator and other management of administrative details.
- Establish and maintain a variety of records, logs and files related to office activities and departmental operations. Including maintaining information on agency intranet system.
- Conducts administrative and clerical tasks in a manner that facilitates effective inter/intra departmental business.
- Exceeds standard: Opens, reviews distributes and re-addresses mail to appropriate persons within the same day, including coordination of outgoing mail for Administrative Site
- High School Diploma/GED required. Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years secretarial experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong secretarial skills: including word processing, transcription and office computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Exce
- Bilingual Spanish preferred, NOT required #zip
