Job Summary
Answering multiple telephone calls from physicians; patients; and staff.
Receive telephone calls from multiple departments and must transfer calls accordingly.
Data entry of daily changes; verification of charges; reconciliation of charges; other data entry into Excel spreadsheets.
Calling patients the day before appointments to inform them of their arrival times, schedule meetings for the Director and Clinical Leaders.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent. An Associates Degree in Business or medical field is strongly desired.
Previous medical secretary experience
Strong computer experience preferred
