GLS in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Collections Coordinator to manage a portfolio of auto loan accounts and reduce delinquency while maintaining positive customer relationships. You will contact customers to understand ability to pay and negotiate feasible settlements in line with company guidelines. This phone- and computer-based role requires accurate documentation of all interactions, and you will work to meet or exceed goals in a fast-paced environment, with occasional weekend shifts and rotating #J-18808-Ljbffr Glsauto
