Regional General Manager

A growing services organization with an established regional footprint is seeking a seasoned operational leader to support continued expansion. The business has a team-oriented culture and is focused on consistent execution, accountability, and long-term growth.

Position Overview

The Regional General Manager will oversee operations across multiple locations and be responsible for people leadership, business performance, operational consistency, and growth. This role is highly hands-on and requires someone who can balance day-to-day execution with broader regional strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee regional business operations.
Lead and develop managers and frontline teams.
Support team culture and operational consistency.
Manage financial and operational performance metrics.
Drive accountability across the organization.
Support growth and integration efforts.
Partner with leadership on strategy and execution.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a people-first leader with strong business judgment, operational discipline, and experience leading field-based teams. Prior leadership in service-based environments and P&L exposure are preferred.

Work Environment

This is an on-site regional leadership role with local travel as needed.

Compensation

Low $200Ks OTE, with bonus opportunity
