Overview Support customers by providing accurate order status/product information, processing returns, and resolving billing-related issues in a hybrid customer service environment. Rep 1, Customer Order Management Compensation $17.50 per hour (W2) Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service on eligibility dates Highlights Contract assignment with potential to be hired permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM LOCALS ONLY Hybrid: On-site Monday–Thursday, remote on Fridays Overtime/weekends/evenings may be needed as required Responsibilities Provide timely and accurate information regarding order status and product information requests Process customer returns according to established policies and procedures Work closely with Medical Billing to resolve disputed billing charges Provide feedback to Customer Service Management regarding service failures or customer concerns Partner with Sales Representatives to meet or exceed customer service expectations Communicate with customers via web chat and email (digital/omnichannel) Maintain high attention to detail, including accurate customer account notes for proper follow-up Maintain a positive work atmosphere focused on professionalism, teamwork, and integrity Perform other duties as assigned Requirements High School Diploma or GED 1+ year of medical industry or call center/customer service experience Strong communication skills (able to read, analyze, and interpret information; respond to customers and internal teams) Intermediate math/analysis skills (percentages, proportions, etc.) Computer skills: experience with Word, Excel, and databases (e.g., Access or similar) Ability to work in a private, quiet space on remote days and maintain confidentiality Reliable high-speed internet for remote work Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting order management or customer account troubleshooting Experience handling billing disputes or working alongside billing teams Familiarity with call center tools (e.g., dialer/telecom systems) Comfort handling multiple customer communication channels (chat/email) Job ID: 173266 #J-18808-Ljbffr
