Get ready to make a significant impact and drive success! Key Responsibilities Ensureall facilities, sites and propertiesaresafe,cleanandfully functional for our drivers. Resolve allfacilitiessupport/break-fix issueswithin the defined SLA timelines. Partnerwith vendors toresolveissues and proactivelymaintainfunctional facilities. Manage the completion of all open construction projectsand punch list itemsfor live sites Ownthesetup,management,andbillingofutilitiesfornewandexistingproperties Manage ourbusinesslicensevendor to support licenseapplicationsandrenewalstoensureallpropertiesmeetrequiredcompliancestandards. Identifyopportunitiestostreamlineoperational workflows andimplementimprovements. Workcloselywithsiteoperations,deployment,finance,andlegalteamstogathernecessaryinformation, resolve questions, and support smooth operational workflows MonitoranddriveDeploymenttoFacilityOperations handoffs Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Mean Time to Resolve Facility Issues Google Ratings Opexvs Budget Required Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience managing mission critical facility teams A minimum of 5 years managing construction projects Completeddegreeprogram (Bachelorsor Masters) preferablyin facility orconstructionmanagement Winning mindset which embodies the concept of extreme ownership. Detail-oriented with a passion for documentation and process creation Youcanwork weekends, late hours as needed to support the mission of the team and success of IONNA. Excellentcommunicator and team player Proficiencyinmanaging and holding accountable a diverse set of vendors Anypreviousexposuretostart-upenvironmentsorface-pacedworkplacesisanadvantagebutnotmandatory.
