What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care in the OB/GYN unit, including assessments, administration of medications, and patient education
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Monitor patient progress and document clinical findings accurately
• Assist in routine procedures and patient support activities
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and ethical standards
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions
• Support unit operations and staff as needed, demonstrating flexibility with schedule changes

What You Need

• Active Ohio RN license
• Minimum of 1 year experience in OB/GYN nursing
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of obstetric and gynecologic care
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
