What You'll Do

• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metals, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum

• Accurately measure and assemble metal components using shop tools and equipment

• Inspect and verify work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards

• Collaborate with team members to solve fabrication challenges and improve processes

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in welding and custom fabrication

• Strong understanding of various welding techniques

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Physically to lift and move heavy materials and stand for extended periods

• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (includes paid lunch)
