E-Commerce Operations Specialist

Manage daily E-commerce operations, ensuring timely order processing and fulfillment.
Optimize product listings and inventory management to drive sales.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform strategy.
Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams for improved user experience.
Implement effective logistics and shipping solutions.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in e-commerce or retail.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Marketing strategies, and Digital Marketing. Familiarity with Shopify and TikTok is preferred.
Working Conditions: Primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings. Flexibility in hours may be required.
Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for e-commerce.
