Provisionally Licensed Therapist

Key Responsibilities:Deliver 820 teletherapy sessions per week (caseload flexible based on availability)Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and document clinical progress in a timely, compliant mannerUtilize trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally relevant clinical frameworksParticipate in weekly clinical supervision (required for provisional licensure)Attend monthly team meetings, reflective case consultations, and optional peer debriefing circlesMaintain ethical standards aligned with NASW, ACA, and state licensure boardsCollaborate with Hope In Her team members for referrals, community workshops, and advocacy effortsPriority to those with experience with LGBTQIA+, couples and family therapyPay is based on a tiered compensation model. minimum is $30 per session but increases based on caseload.Required Qualifications:Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family TherapyActive provisional/associate licensure (e.g., LCSWA, LPC-A, LGMFT, LMSW depending on state)Clinical experience with trauma, relational abuse, or marginalized populationsDemonstrated commitment to racial and gender justice, LGBTQ+ inclusion, and culturally responsive careReliable access to a secure internet connection and a HIPAA-compliant workspacePreferred Qualifications:Lived experience as a Black person or LGBTQ+ clinicianTrained or interested in modalities such as DBT, EMDR, IFS, Brainspotting, or somatic therapyExperience working with survivors of abuse, family violence, or complex traumaMultilingual or bilingual (Spanish, ASL, or African diaspora languages) a plusWillingness to contribute to program development or group facilitationWhat We Offer:Competitive per-session pay and autonomy in caseload sizeWeekly supervision hours toward full licensureOpportunities for professional development, group facilitation, and leadership rolesA community of values-aligned therapists and social justice advocates
