Own your direction, Own your development and Own your path.What you'll do:Reporting to the Production Manager you willEnsure that all H&S procedures are adhered toAccurate and detailed recording of informationFollowing production scheduleMaintaining and driving plant performance against daily scheduleReporting deviations / inaccuracies / quality concernsEnsuring hygiene in respective areasLiaising and communicating with team members effectively, including engineers, for example on breakdowns and technical issuesIdentifying issues on line to Production ManagersEnsuring changeovers run smoothly with a handover to the next shiftEnsuring plant stoppages are kept to a minimumCompletion of documentation in an accurate and detailed mannerWhat we are looking for:FLT trainedPrevious experience of working in a production environmentGood health & safety awarenessAbility to demonstrate strong quality focusFlexible approachAbility to work well in a teamAbility to prioritise and to work under pressure, sense of urgencyFocussed and driven to meet targetsContinuous improvement and ‘can-do’ mind-setEffective communication skills – able to share informationIT skills – ability to navigate and understand multiple VDU screensOur organisation:Trouw Nutrition is the global leader in innovative feed specialties, premixes and nutritional services for the animal nutrition industry.
