We are currently hiring for a Customer Service Specialist (Animal Care) position. Please review the job details below to see if this opportunity is a good fit for you.
Position: Customer Service Specialist (Animal Care)
Pay Rate: $16.00 – $17.00 / hour
Schedule: Part-time (20 hours per week), shifts between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM. Candidates must be available to work weekends.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and clerical support for the assigned division.
- Assist callers and visitors, answer incoming correspondence, and direct individuals to appropriate staff.
- Explain policies, procedures, and program information.
- Receive applications, payments, requests, and complaints.
- Research and retrieve information from division databases and records.
Requirements:
- Bilingual fluency: Must be able to speak, read, and write in English, and communicate in Spanish.
- Candidates must pass a background check and drug screening prior to hire.
