What youll do:

• Grow the business: Identify develop and secure new opportunities with Tier 1 and Tier 2 operators and service companies.
• Own your accounts: Strengthen and expand relationships with existing clients becoming their go-to partner for specialty chemical solutions.
• Bring expertise to the table: Provide technical and commercial answers to complex production completion and drilling challenges.
• Stay ahead of the curve: Track market trends competitors and regulations to keep our solutions leading edge.
• Be the face of the company: Represent us at industry events customer meetings and field trialsshowing how we deliver value.
• Deliver results: Report sales forecasts pipelines and performance metrics with precision and impact.

What were looking for:

• 5 years of specialty chemical sales to the home and personal care industry
• Proven success identifying pursuing and closing new business opportunities
• STEM degree (Petrochemical Engineering Chemical Engineering Chemistry etc.)
• Ready to travel 40% and build lasting client relationships
• Self-motivated data-driven and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
