Job Description

* Lead day-to-day site operations on $20M+ ground-up projects


* Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics


* Oversee safety, quality control, and inspections


* Coordinate with project management and ownership teams


* Drive milestones from mobilization through closeout

The Successful Applicant

* 7+ years of superintendent experience on ground-up builds


* Proven K-12 or public-sector project background


* Strong knowledge of masonry, concrete, and structural steel


* Willingness to travel within the Southeast


* Hands-on leader with stable work history
