PCA certification training offered 2x per year at no cost. Continuing education for license maintenance.Caregiver Qualifications: Prior caregiving experience preferred. Demonstrates compassion and an ability to build rapport with clients. Able to work independently and demonstrate dependable work habits. Excellent interpersonal skills. Must have valid and current driver's license or the ability to access reliable transportation. Able to meet pre-employment screening criteria. Specific Duties May Include:Companionship and sitting.Assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming and other ADL's.Transportation and assistance to appointments.Errand running and transportation to events.Meal preparationAssisting with light housekeepingAssisting with recreational tasks such as crafting, letter writing, exercising etc.Medication remindersOther duties as assigned.Circle of Life Personal Care has launched in Northwest Arkansas to serve those needing non-medical care. Circle of Life Personal Care will apply the compassionate approach we are known for to a variety of Personal Care services including respite care, companionship, meal preparation, transportation, housekeeping, ADL assistance, and more.
