US Energy Company is a leading energy consulting and sales firm based in Schaumburg, actively expanding with plans to open five new offices nationwide by 2026. We are seeking motivated Sales Consultants to join our vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career in sales while contributing to the expansion of our dynamic company.
As a Sales Consultant, you will engage with potential clients, offering tailored energy solutions that meet their unique needs. You'll work closely within a supportive, team-oriented environment that values positivity, initiative, and professional growth.

Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong goal orientation with a commitment to results
- Positive attitude, high energy, and a sense of humor
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Capacity to commute to our Schaumburg office
- Leadership, coaching, or management experience is a plus
