Join us!Who You AreThe Subcontract Program Management, Manager of this team will execute highly complex contracts with an F-35 Principal Teammate and their sub-tier supply base. Experience with FAR Part 15, TINA negotiations, proposal compliancy, purchase order compliancy, SAP and delivery execution is necessary.What You Will Be DoingThis position will report to the Sr. Manager of Supply Chain Management for the F-35 Northrop Grumman Teammate. The position will be responsible for Development and Production Contracting activities which includes but not limited to subcontracting of services, Change Requests, the Center Fuselage (including delivery execution), Teammate Furnished Equipment, and strategic long-term contracting efforts with Northrop Grumman.The position is responsible for managing a team of professional Subcontract Administrators/Managers and coordinating with Subcontract Program Managers who manage cost schedule, and supplier performance. This position is responsible for coordinating employee selection/hiring, training, development, performance and assessments, work assignments, and disciplinary actions.
