Client Services Representative - Arrowhead Animal Hospital

Client Services Representative (Full-Time) Salary: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour. We are looking for a full-time Client Services Representative to join our team. Responsibilities Manage large amounts of incoming calls Schedule appointments Check clients in and out of the facility Handle cash and credit card transactions Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Basic computer skills Familiarity with impromed systems Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. At least one year of previous experience in client services. Previous experience in a multi-doctor veterinary practice is preferred. Must be computer literate; basic computer skills with ability to navigate new software. Excellent communication skills. Ability to multi-task.
