Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

• Schedule: 10 shifts per month; 24-hour in-house call shifts (7a-7a); January 2027 - Ongoing
• Job Setting: Inpatient
• Types of Cases:
  • Low and high risk pregnancy
  • FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)
  • OB Ultrasounds - Level I/Screening (viability)
  • Routine vaginal delivery, low forceps, decision-making for C-section
  • Complicated deliveries: C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBACs
  • Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
  • Office/minor gynecology (IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc.)
  • Surgical gynecology: open, laparoscopic diagnostic/minor, and operative/major procedures (ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's)
  • Average deliveries per year: 650
  • Rounding: Assigned and unassigned patients; approximately 5 patients per shift
• EMR System: Epic
• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days; temporary privileges not available

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required
• Certifications: DEA required; Fellowship (2 years)
• Licensure: Active Washington State license required; IMLC not accepted
