We are looking for a bilingual English/Spanish On-Site Staffing Supervisor to represent our staffing agency at a client warehouse in Conyers, GA 30013 . This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who is confident communicating with employees and management, recruiting and hiring associates, monitoring attendance, and addressing employee performance and workplace issues. The supervisor will work directly with the client to ensure staffing needs are met and associates are following warehouse direction, policies, and expectations. The position is primarily 2nd shift, Monday–Friday , with flexibility to occasionally work outside of the regular shift when business needs require it. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, professional, comfortable having difficult conversations, and able to communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking associates.
