We are looking for a proactive and collaborative IT Support Engineer to join our mission-driven team at UZURV, where your daily work will directly support our goal of providing accessible mobility for everyone. You'll be part of the go-to technical resource team for our fast-growing company, managing essential systems like Google Workspace, ensuring our endpoints stay secure, and delivering top-notch technical support to our staff. How You'll Make an Impact:

• Manage core IT systems
• Provide daily technical support

What You'll Need to Have to Succeed:

• 3–5 years of IT administration or systems support experience in a hybrid or multi-site environment
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting MacBooks
• Managed user requests through IT ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira or similar)
• Experienced with Google Workspace, SAML/SSO, and endpoint protection tools (e.g., CrowdStrike, SentinelOne)
• Managed MDM/EDR and have a solid understanding of IT asset management
• Familiar with network fundamentals (Wi-Fi troubleshooting, VPN, routers/switches)
• Communicate clearly and patiently with non-technical users
• Organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
