Finance Manager

Our dynamic client is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to serve as the strategic right hand to a senior commercial finance leader within a complex, operationally driven organization. This high-impact interim role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in ambiguous environments, influences executive decision-making, and uses financial analysis to drive business strategy rather than simply report results.This position will lead critical financial evaluations, business cases, pricing analyses, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives while partnering closely with executive leadership and operational stakeholders across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the commercial finance leader's second-in-command, providing strategic financial support across major business initiatives and investment decisions.Lead the development of complex financial models, including NPV, ROI, sensitivity analyses, scenario planning, and long-range business forecasts.Evaluate customer, pricing, contract, and deal economics to support commercial growth and profitability objectives.Identify business challenges, define root issues, structure analyses, and develop actionable recommendations for senior leadership.Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, supply chain, and executive leadership teams to assess opportunities and risks.Present financial insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders, translating complex financial concepts into clear business decisions.Challenge assumptions and influence decision-making through data-driven analysis and sound business judgment.Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and strategic thinking.Drive financial rigor around capital allocation, investments, and strategic growth initiatives.Support the development and execution of long-term financial and operational strategies.
