About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Transformation Officer to spearhead a pivotal change in its operating model. This role is at the forefront of the company's modernization and growth, with a focus on transforming the service delivery model, technology foundation, and corporate operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a multi-wave enterprise transformation, working closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team. Key responsibilities include leading the Transformation Management Office, making critical decisions to resolve cross-functional tradeoffs, and ensuring the integration of existing initiatives into a unified program. The role demands a seasoned leader with a proven track record in large-scale transformations, particularly in complex, multi-site organizations, and direct experience in leading or overseeing ERP implementations. Applicants for the Chief Transformation Officer position at the company should possess significant senior leadership experience, particularly in enterprise transformation, operating model redesign, or large-scale program leadership. A strong background in standing up Shared Service Centers and Centers of Excellence, as well as experience in managing strategic vendor partnerships, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a decision-driven leadership style, strong financial acumen, and the ability to navigate through ambiguity and complexity. While not mandatory, healthcare services experience, especially with physician-partnered operating models, is highly valued. The role requires a Bachelor's degree as a minimum, with an MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred. The Chief Transformation Officer will have the opportunity to shape the long-term operating model of a leading national platform and will be expected to have a direct, empowered, and accountable approach to leadership.
