About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
• Pay Rate Range: $19.00-$23.00/Hour
• Location: Rogers, MN
• Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 3PM-1:30AM
• Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:
• High School Diploma.
• Organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to improvise when needed.
• Ability to accurately count.
• Ability to read calipers and micrometer.
• Ability to read paperwork.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Time management skills.
• Basic knowledge about CNC machines/CNC mill operations.
• Willingness to learn.
• Must be able to stand during the entire shift and lift at least 40pounds.
• Ability to lift 75lbs.
• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Good work ethic and attendance is a must.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Operate a CNC lathe or CNC mill while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts into machines.
• Learn to adjust the machine controls.
• Must pay close attention to detail to make sure that you are making good parts.
• Decent math skills and mechanical aptitude are needed.
• Will be required to look at blueprints and use inspection equipment such as calipers and micrometers, training available.
