We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team and help ensure the highest standards of care for our residents. The Director of Nursing (DON) will play a key leadership role in overseeing clinical operations, supporting nursing staff, and maintaining a positive, resident-focused environment.
We provide our team with the resources, support, and tools needed to succeed. Our caring and compassionate management team works closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) to support both our staff and residents.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Director of Nursing (DON):
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License required
Previous experience as a Director of Nursing (DON) in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and nursing best practices
Ability to lead, support, and develop a strong nursing team
Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate resident care
