Work alongside a respected physician with a loyal patient following while helping expand access to women's healthcare throughout the Rio Grande Valley.

• Exceptional Earnings: 400,000 guaranteed base salary plus productivity incentives, 50,000 sign-on bonus, 25,000 relocation assistance, and additional call pay.
• Established Practice: Join an experienced physician, Nurse Practitioner, and dedicated support staff in a busy practice with immediate patient demand and a strong referral base.
• Full-Scope OB/GYN: Provide comprehensive OB and GYN care with a practice focused on obstetrics, in-office procedures, and deliveries at Mission Regional Medical Center.
• Growth Opportunity: Ramp up quickly while helping expand a successful practice with plans for continued growth and additional provider support.
• Comprehensive Benefits: Four weeks PTO, one week CME, one week sick leave, 401(k), malpractice coverage, CME allowance, licensure, and professional dues.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• MD or DO eligible for Texas medical licensure
• New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply
• Passion for serving an underserved community and building lasting patient relationships
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
