Job Overview As a Medical Device Sales Representative, you will be part of a dynamic team driving new business and delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments with prospects, presenting programs, and meeting a sales quota. Sales Representatives also transport product samples for presentations. LMS offers a comprehensive sales training program covering product knowledge, mentorship, sales process, and business development strategies. LMS is expanding nationwide, creating multiple exciting opportunities. Job Responsibilities Generate revenue and meet sales targets. Develop and qualify leads within the territory through cold‑calling and lead generation campaigns. Apply sales strategies that target LMS’s key clients: physician’s offices, urgent care facilities, staffing industry, and treatment houses. Gather and utilize business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, product presentations, and new business development. Manage and grow existing accounts. Provide product information and submit orders, ensuring customer satisfaction. Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, market conditions, and competitor analysis. Address customer concerns, offering solutions and feedback to management. Stay updated on industry developments and maintain professional networks. Keep accurate sales records and contribute to team success. Travel at least 80% of the time; initially within the state, expanding as responsibilities grow. Salary and Compensation Base salary up to $40,000, with an uncapped commission structure. First‑year on‑target earnings (OTE) of $60,000. This role is ideal for highly motivated sales professionals seeking earnings that exceed base salary. Car allowance as per IRS standards, paid monthly. Qualifications / Skills Entry‑level position suitable for 0–1 year of direct sales experience, including internships. Hunter sales mentality – goal‑driven and self‑motivated. Drive to achieve results. Resourceful with strong problem‑solving abilities. Confidence presenting before decision‑makers and executives, effectively championing products. Negotiation skills, persistent, and self‑confident. Understanding of consultative selling and the ability to learn product knowledge quickly. Strong work ethic, motivation for sales, able to work independently. Exceptional organizational skills, managing multiple tasks efficiently and prioritizing. Education in a relevant area (marketing or sales) from an accredited university or college is an asset. Must possess a personal laptop and a car for travel.
