Supporting the Sales Account Executive team, the full-time Sales Support Specialist will handle administrative tasks, process sales orders, and assist with customer inquiries, ensuring efficient sales operations in a collaborative environment. Key responsibilities Process orders, demo requests, and customer inquiries via telephone and computer Coordinate with distribution and manufacturing partners to ensure timely delivery of products Prepare and monitor returns and credits to maintain customer satisfaction Required qualifications Experience with office machines and excellent computer skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM systems Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Commitment to customer satisfaction and retention Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
