This position ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Site Supervisor will coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and clients, to facilitate effective communication and problem‑solving. Additionally, they will enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with local building codes and standards. Ultimately, the Site Supervisor is responsible for delivering successful project outcomes that meet both client expectations and organizational goals. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in construction supervision or site management, preferably in real estate development. Preferred Qualifications Certification in safety management or OSHA training. Experience with project management software and tools. Responsibilities Oversee daily construction activities and manage on‑site personnel to ensure project timelines are met. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and change orders. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
