Behavior Technician (BT)
At Caravel Autism Health, we're not just offering jobs - we're offering purpose, connection, and the chance to be the difference in a child's life. As a Behavior Technician (BT), you'll help children achieve life-changing milestones - like saying "I love you" for the first time. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you'll guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors.

We Offer:
- Pay based on experience, education, and performance
- No RBT? $17-$18.50 per hour to start
- Obtained your RBT? $18 - $25 per hour
- Ongoing professional development and career growth
- Structured, one-to-one client sessions
- 401 (k) with company match
- $500 teammate referral bonus
- Paid time off, holiday pay, short/long term disability, and various insurance options (health, dental, and vision) (for full-time teammates)
What We're Looking For:
- 18+ years required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong work ethic
- Comfortable playing with children
- Full-time availability (Monday - Friday)
- Occasional Saturday availability for make-up sessions
