Manager of Human Resources

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and practices that support our business objectives by nuturing Pentara's talent and support employees' ability to meet client needs effectively and efficiently. This position requires a strong understanding of HR practices, compliance, and employee relations, as well as the ability to foster a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Establish and coordinate recruiting processes that are aligned with resourcing projections
• Protect and build Pentara's talent and ability to meet client needs by maintaining healthy employee interactions and high employee satisfaction
• Support supervisors in providing clear expectations and measurable performance metrics to optimize employee performance and confidence
• Establish and implement onboarding /offboarding processes including training
• Coordinate benefits with external providers for new employees upon hiring
• Conduct monthly or quarterly trainings with supervisors to implement consistent practices across teams and provide guidance for team leads in conducting annual/semi-annual reviews and setting goals
• Coordinate and implement in-house weekly training based on Pentara's current needs
• Establish and coordinate incentives including health initiatives and convenient access to food and snacks for in-house employees
• Establish and oversee performance improvement plans
• Manage employee relations and address any issues or concerns that arise
• Create and maintain documentation required to support Pentara's staff including employee handbook, organization chart, s, and career paths

Skills

• Knowledge of and 4+ years of experience with implementing HR policies and workforce management best practices
• Strong administrative skills to manage HR documentation and processes efficiently
• Proficiency in conflict management to handle employee disputes effectively
• Experience with documenting events and maintaining accurate records
• Ability to support change management initiatives within the organization, supporting decision-making with integrated information related to leadership skills and expertise across employees
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
