Compensation: $90,000-$110,000+ per year

With three dealership locations and multiple service advisor openings , we're looking for experienced automotive professionals who know how to deliver an exceptional guest experience while maximizing opportunity in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers from write-up through delivery
• Build trust and provide a professional, transparent ownership experience
• Accurately document customer concerns and communicate effectively with technicians
• Manage repair orders, maintenance recommendations, and follow-up communication
• Maintain strong CSI while balancing service lane performance and profitability
• Deliver a premium experience that drives customer retention and loyalty

Job Requirements: What We're Looking For:

• Automotive Service Advisor experience required
• Fluent in Dealertrack (required)
• Experience with Xtime strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume service drive
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to create long-term relationships
• Track record of delivering both strong guest satisfaction and results
