Role Description The CNC Machinist / Programmer is a full-time, on-site role based in Richfield, WI. This role is responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting blueprints, selecting appropriate tooling, adjusting machine settings, and monitoring machining operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency. The CNC Machinist / Programmer will inspect finished parts. Qualifications Strong skills in Machine Operation and Machinery, including setup, safe operation, and routine maintenance of CNC equipment. Proficiency in Machining and Milling, with the ability to interpret blueprints and use precision measuring tools. Experience with Quality Control practices, including inspection of parts and adherence to tolerances and specifications. Previous experience programming CNC machines (e.g., G-code, CAM software) and optimizing tool paths is highly beneficial. Solid understanding of shop math, mechanical principles, and material properties. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certificate or apprenticeship in machining or a related field preferred.
