Job Description
Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts SLP license required
- Experience supporting school-aged children, preferably across K-12 populations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Organizational abilities to manage documentation and caseloads
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
- Evaluate and identify speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop, write, and implement IEP goals related to communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create effective learning environments
- Maintain accurate, timely records and progress reports
- Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise regarding communication strategies
