We are seeking a professional, service-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our Fort Collins team.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting passengers, drivers, and internal teams by ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, efficiency, and care. Schedule: Friday through Monday Hours: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM (8-10 hour shifts)

What You'll Do as a Customer Support Specialist:

Customer Service & Support

• Provide exceptional support to passengers and drivers by assisting with transportation-related questions and service requests.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
• Provide accurate information regarding trip details, scheduling, account inquiries, and service updates.
• Communicate clearly and effectively to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Guide customers through transportation services with confidence and professionalism.
• Maintain a friendly, patient, and solutions-focused approach during every interaction.

Driver & Operations Support

• Assist drivers with trip information, service-related questions, and operational updates.
• Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to support seamless daily service.
• Accurately document customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, drivers, and internal departments.
• Support operational initiatives that enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer and driver concerns.

Problem Resolution & Service Excellence

• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Work closely with internal teams to identify effective solutions and improve customer satisfaction.
• Remain calm, flexible, and professional during high-volume periods and unexpected situations.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately to ensure prompt resolution.
• Share customer feedback and service trends to help improve overall operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance both customer and driver experiences.

Qualifications of a Customer Support Specialist:

• Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, hospitality, transportation, retail, or a related field preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain professional and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM systems, customer service software, dispatch platforms, or transportation technology is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.
