We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Fort Collins team.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for passengers, drivers, and internal team members, helping ensure that every customer interaction is handled with professionalism, efficiency, and care. If you enjoy helping others, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Schedule: Friday through Monday Hours: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM (8-10 hour shifts)
What You'll DoCustomer Service & Support- Provide exceptional support to passengers and drivers by assisting with transportation-related questions and service requests.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Deliver accurate information regarding trip details, scheduling, account inquiries, and service updates.
- Communicate clearly and effectively to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Guide customers through transportation services with confidence and professionalism.
- Maintain a friendly, patient, and solutions-focused approach during every interaction.
- Assist drivers with trip information, service-related questions, and operational updates.
- Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to help ensure seamless daily service.
- Accurately document customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions.
- Act as a liaison between customers, drivers, and internal departments.
- Support operational initiatives that enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution for both customer and driver needs.
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally while maintaining a high level of service.
- Work closely with internal teams to identify effective solutions and improve customer satisfaction.
- Remain calm and adaptable during busy periods and unexpected situations.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately to ensure prompt resolution.
- Share customer feedback and service trends to help improve overall operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance both customer and driver experiences.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, hospitality, transportation, retail, or a related field preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain professional and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using CRM platforms, customer service software, dispatch systems, or transportation technology is a plus.
- Valid driver's license required.
