Customer Service Representative

Overview

84 Lumber is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Fort Collins, CO team. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting sales and operations, and helping ensure customers receive the products and information they need.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working with both customers and internal teams.

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to customers in person and over the phone.
• Answer customer questions and help resolve concerns in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with product questions, orders, pricing, and availability.
• Enter and maintain customer orders and information accurately.
• Coordinate with sales, delivery, yard, and production teams to help ensure orders are completed correctly and on time.
• Communicate order updates and delivery information to customers.
• Assist with scheduling deliveries and coordinating customer requests.
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the Fort Collins location.

• Previous customer service, sales, construction, building materials, or office experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Professional and positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to help wherever needed.

• $20.00/hour starting pay
• Monday-Friday schedule
• 7:00 AM-5:00 PM
