You will help build the core platform used to deliver AI capabilities across the organisation, including:

You will work with modern AI technologies and have exposure to how generative AI is deployed across a major global organisation. The team is small, collaborative and gives engineers significant ownership over their work.

The Role
You will help build the core platform used to deliver AI capabilities across the organisation, including:
- Cloud environments used to access AI models
- Central APIs and backend services
- Modern web applications and internal tools
- Integrations between AI services, internal systems and data
Requirements
- Background. You MUST have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering and this MUST be from a top 35 US University or a leading international one
- Experience. Roughly 3 to 8 years of hands-on software engineering, at a company known for a high engineering bar .
- Strong full-stack development experience, particularly backend
- Experience designing and running production APIs and backend services
- Strong experience with React or another modern frontend framework
- Python or Java backend experience highly desirable
- Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, REST APIs and web applications
- Genuine interest in generative AI
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Node.js, SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GraphQL or CI/CD
