We're hiring Great team member perks like Instapay (early access to your wages) and high interest savings both through the EVEN app. Summary: The Group Sales Coordinator supports clients throughout the event planning process by coordinating catering needs, providing recommendations, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, culinary teams, and operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: u2022 Serve as the primary contact for clients, assisting with event planning, catering selections, and special requests. u2022 Coordinate event details with culinary, operations, and facilities teams to ensure successful execution. u2022 Prepare and communicate Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and event requirements through regular planning meetings. u2022 Support day-to-day premium operations and assist with event-day execution as needed. u2022 Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, guests, vendors, and internal teams. u2022 Follow up with clients after events, facilitate guest feedback surveys, and support ongoing client engagement. u2022 Manage accounts receivable updates, monitor aging reports, and follow up on outstanding balances. u2022 Process invoices and complete departmental reports accurately and on time. u2022 Utilize company systems and tools to manage reservations, event details, and client communications. u2022 Promote premium services, menus, programs, and special offerings. u2022 Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards. u2022 Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and support team success. u2022 Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications u2022 Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. u2022 Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Proficiency in computer systems and business applications. u2022 Ability to work independently and as part of a team. u2022 Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as business needs require. u2022 Ability to evaluate food and beverage products and maintain hospitality service standards. u2022 Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
