Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Package Handler / Mailroom Associate for a top document management and business services client. This individual will support mailroom and package distribution operations at a university campus during the busy back-to-school season. The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading deliveries, scanning and tracking packages, sorting boxes, and ensuring accurate distribution to students and staff. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys physical work, and can help support a high-volume package operation during a critical time of year.

Skills and Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to move, and sort packages throughout the shift

Experience working in a warehouse, mailroom, shipping/receiving, or similar environment

Ability to use handheld scanners for package tracking

Basic computer skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Previous mailroom or package distribution experience

Experience with barcode scanning equipment

Shipping and receiving experience

Experience supporting a college or university campus environment

Forklift or material handling experience (if applicable)
