Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a travel SLP and use your skills where they’re needed most. You’ll help patients improve communication and swallowing disorders while exploring a new part of the country.

Minimum Requirements

• Master‘s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
• Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0800-1630
• Scheduled days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri

Location Highlights

Willows offers access to outdoor recreation and regional travel routes in Northern California. The city sits along Interstate 5 and is about 85 miles north of Sacramento, making regional travel straightforward for assignments and days off. Thunderhill Raceway Park is located just outside Willows, and the Sacramento National Wildlife Refuge is about 10 miles south, offering motorsports and birdwatching in the same area. Black Butte Lake is within roughly 30 miles and the Mendocino National Forest lies to the west, giving travelers access to boating, hiking, and weekend trips into a quieter rural setting.
