Project Manager

Our client is a well-capitalized real estate developer with a proven track record of delivering transformative mixed‑use developments across Florida. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team and help lead the execution of a landmark mixed‑use project in Delray Beach, FL. This is a unique opportunity to work directly for the ownership team on a high‑profile development that will reshape one of South Florida's fastest‑growing markets. Responsibilities: Manage all phases of development and construction from preconstruction through project completion. Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and municipal agencies to ensure successful project execution. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall progress while identifying and mitigating potential risks. Review construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior leadership and ownership. Evaluate change orders, pay applications, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation. Foster strong relationships with project stakeholders while driving accountability across all parties. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Qualifications: 5+ years of project management experience within commercial real estate development or construction. Experience managing large‑scale mixed‑use, multifamily, hospitality, residential, or commercial developments. Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and thrive in a fast‑paced development environment. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
