Responsibilities Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of data centre projects from inception to completion. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and external vendors, to ensure project milestones are met. Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including reports, schedules, and progress updates. Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Supporting the procurement process by coordinating with suppliers and managing contracts. Ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, business administration, or a related field. Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably within the data centre or technology sector. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and software. A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with data centre operations, infrastructure, or construction is an advantage. Day-to-Day Coordinating project meetings and ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and updates. Tracking project schedules and budgets to ensure adherence to timelines and financial constraints. Liaising with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Preparing detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Addressing any project-related issues promptly and escalating concerns when necessary. Conducting site visits, as required, to monitor project progress and ensure quality standards are met.
