Six months from now, a great FOH Team Member at Chick-fil-A Hueytown has done these things:

• Regular guests know your name or at least your face and ask for you.
• You've handled a frustrated guest on your own, recovered the experience, and they left smiling.
• Your accuracy is reliable. Your Team Leader has never had to correct the same order mistake twice.
• You've noticed something that needed doing the napkin under the refill, the name remembered, the extra step nobody asked for and you did it without being told.
• Someone on the leadership team has said: "We'd like to talk to you about a Team Leader role."

What you'll be doing day-to-day:

• Taking orders at the counter and drive-thru with accuracy and a genuine smile
• Delivering food with urgency and care to tables and drive-thru windows
• Engaging guests with warmth, eye contact, and real hospitality not just processing transactions
• Maintaining cleanliness in your station, the dining room, and all guest-facing areas
• Responding to guest needs and recovery moments with speed and sincerity
• Supporting your team leader and kitchen team so the whole operation stays in rhythm

• Reliable availability, including some morning or evening shifts and at least one Saturday per month
• A positive attitude that holds up under pressure
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment
• No prior restaurant experience required we will train you. What we can't train is character.
