Job Title: Part-time Cleaner for Surgery Center with Experience

Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking part-time evening cleaner at a surgery center in Scottsdale, near I-101 and Bell Rd. 

The shift is Monday to Friday 6.00pm -9.00pm

Pay is: $19.50 + Attractive Bonus + Advanced Payment

Responsibilities include:

• The Team Lead Surgery Center Cleaner will serve as a point of contact for the night Manager or Supervisor
• Performs as the Supervisor backup to cover operation on different projects
• Ensures shift coverage for projects in need on a given day, and same day requests
• Unlocking & Locking and securing the facility(s) at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Communicating supply needs to the manager.
• Ensure all team members are on task
• Assign tasks accordingly
• Report any issues with staff, quality, attendance or performance
• Support Laundry management
• Supports Training for New Hires
• Ensures job cards are submitted
• Quality checks and matching with job cards
• Flexibility to move to different locations during the week
• Responsible for ensuring thorough cleaning of specific area within an assigned facility based off of Corporate Cleaning Group procedures.

Cleaning duties include:

• Sterile cleaning of operating and procedure rooms
• Follow strict cleaning protocols for Surgery rooms
• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping
• Trash Removal
• Dusting
• Cleaning all areas of restrooms.
• Cleaning glass
• Wiping and disinfecting surfaces.
• Restocking paper products and soap dispensers.
• Use Apps for reporting and daily job cards

Requirements:

• Complete operating room certification training (provided online and on the job)
• 12 months minimum of experience in Surgery Room and in Lead roles
• Have reliable transportation
• Team oriented, also can complete tasks alone
• Have an excellent work ethic and an eye for detail
• Excellent attendance
• Ability to walk, stand, reach, and bend for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and move items around 10 pounds
